THE APPLICATION PROCESS

INFINITE PHILIPPINES (formerly known as Beyond Infinity Philippines), the FIRST and ONLY RECOGNIZED* fan club of INFINITE in the Philippines, is now implementing a new system of registration in becoming an official member of the fan club. Now, becoming an official member of Infinite Philippines is as easy as 1-2-3; for there are only 3 steps to accomplish in this new registration process.

*The only recognized and affiliated fan club of Infinite with the Philippine Kpop Committee Inc.

HOW TO BECOME AN OFFICIAL MEMBER OF INFINITE PHILIPPINES

STEP 1:

DOWNLOAD the official membership form of Infinite Philippines: http://bit.ly/13UTeO9

FILL OUT the form with your complete details. After which SCAN your duly accomplished membership form and EMAIL it to us at membershipcard.infiniteph@gmail.com with the following details:

SUBJECT: Membership Card APPLICATION – (Surname)

Name of Applicant:

Birthday:

Mode of payment: (Gcash or BDO Bank Deposit)

Claiming method: (Meet-up or Shipping)

**NOTE: Please make sure that your details are true and accurate. Also, make sure that you have filled out all the blanks in the form (except Membership No.) and have attached your 1x1 ID picture as well. Be sure to write legibly and avoid erasures. Use BLACK or BLUE ink only. Failure to accomplish the membership form properly and correctly will cause your application to be invalid.

STEP 2:

WAIT for our reply to your email. We will send you a message confirming your application. We will also include in the message the account details of your chosen payment method. PAY the membership fee (PHP50.00) as soon as you receive our confirmation email.

STEP 3:

Once you have paid your membership fee, SCAN your deposit slip and EMAIL it to us at membershipcard.infiniteph@gmail.com with the following details:

SUBJECT: Membership Card PAYMENT – (Surname)

Name of Applicant:

Date and Time of Deposit as written on the deposit slip:

Total Amount Deposited:

In case you paid through GCASH, don’t forget to text us the REFERENCE NO. of your transaction.

We will send you an acknowledgement email/text message that we have received your payment. When you have received our acknowledgement message, you are now an official member of Infinite Philippines. Just wait for the announcement on our Facebook fan page (http://facebook.com/beyondinfinityph) regarding the claiming or shipping date of your membership card.
