Time to catch-up on what's going on in the Korean Highlights:(these are just some of my particular topics I would love to talk about you guys)
MUSIC:
The (Mongolian/Korean)unique duo~Akdong Musician- first caught the attention of my sister..as she was repeatedly begging me to download their original songs, such as "Cresendo" as you can see they performed above. I finally got a chance to listen to their voices and I really think they can change the Korean music industry with the brother's(18) straight deep soulful voice and the sister's(15..I think) powerful and quirky falsetto..makes her undeniably sound a bit like Lee Hi. All I can say is that I'm a huge fan and wish the best of luck to them..to whichever company they choose.
P.S. It was so cool when we went to church last Sunday, we saw a look-alike of the guy. And, I said to my sister "Pssst...Cathy! Akdong Musician..behind ya" hehhee Boy, did she have mini chills all-over.
I originally planned on posting about this long time ago as soon as I heard it on MTV, but I got busy..but there's nothing I can say than pure cuteness oozing out of this song and mv. I love Kara and I'm a fan~ but I honestly think this was their best MV, yet! It had everything..definitely one of my favorite songs from them besides Mister..
"What's Your Name" by 4minute will be coming out soon. And, I'm somewhat disappointed..because I only clicked on the link of this promotional article where I get all my K-pop news at "AllKpop.com" Because, I honestly? I thought it was Hyuna's new single~ I really like Hyuna~ and her fashion sense, but I really love G.NA too and her new song with Huh Guk~ whose vocal chaps melt my heart away in their new song together "Mind Sync" is my new favorite song replacing Besweet's-Can't Stop.
Yoo Jiae, the beautiful all grown-up elephant and Infinite's little sister~ because of the latest news of her debuting soon..I started rewatching YAMO short for "You Are My Oppa"....>.< every time I watch it though, I feel betrayed..because Infinite already has a little sister that's very important to them that the fans nor regular fans who don't have the opportunity like she had can replace or at least fill in a tiny spot in their hearts. But, who cares! I love her anyway..it's nice to watch how old she's gotten hahaha I'm just kidding. hopefully her singing and dancing skills have improved.
DRAMA:
You're The Best Lee Soon Shin, has captured the hearts of many already and has been continuously been number one or number two in ratings. Though, I had already promoted this drama to many of my following page-veiwers. I would just like to say that it won't be ending till August..I already have it marked in my calendar hheheh I really think this drama is one of a kind..and the hell! Speaks G.NA..they played her song "Oops"...simply the best..and the fact that there are some awkward situations and sweet-cut-off-guard-slow motion-oh-I-think-I-wanna-kiss-you moments! I just want to die inside from their chemistry~!! BTW: That girl Cheo O Na or Yoon Na whatever dude she's like so jelly already hahahahaha!
Missing You, the new drama of the glorious Yoon Eun-Hye(My favorite Korean actress)..has hit me once more and I absolutely wanna watch this! It seems interesting~because it involves crimes and that moment when he asked her to say his name and she said it! Like OMG!!! Who wouldn't want to watch that. It's something different and out of my taste, but so was that Me Too Flower drama I watched. I took a chance and ended up loving it..so, I'm planning on doing the same here. I'm not too fond of the actor though -_-
Gu Family Book, starring my darling Lee Seung Gi(Favorite Korean actor) he's back in the camera lens! This time with a guest star of Suzy from Miss A~ sounds interesting and I noticed that he's been doing alot of traditional yet like a modern take on Korean History lately as I may say. But, I don't care he's great in everything! I find this remotely interesting and cool with the fact that I love History, I love him!, and also I've swords *.* I just wanna cuddle with swords of any kind..if that's even possible hahahaha but, yeah it's on it's 4th or 5th episode already. I'm not watching it yet..because I'm trying to concentrate on one drama at a time..unlike what I did watching "Me Too Flower" and "BiG" at the same time! My gosh! my emotions were flying everywhere and I was confused on which main protagonist I liked more. So, honestly speaking I'm trying to watch one guy at a time hahahaha but I love the women characters too. Like, IU..because she's very inspirational~
